Common Problems:

If you have a black screen and are not seeing video then try downloading Quicktime player again.

Common Questions:

What happened to the MP3 Downloads? Can I just download the MP3 Version?
Answer: We have removed the MP3 Downloads but you can create MP3 messages directly from within iTunes. Here's how you do it.

1. Download the message you want to convert.

2. From your podcast section from within iTunes click and drag the message to a blank new playlist (Create a playlist). Highlight the playlist in the playlist section of iTunes. Then burn the playlist to CD using the "Burn" button located in the bottom right hand corner of your iTunes window. iTunes will convert the video message to an audio message for you to listen in your car, home stereo, or any place with a regular cd player.

3. Once iTunes is finshed burnning you can then convert it to MP3 by selecting your newly created CD from within iTunes. I should appear on the left hand side of your iTunes window. (Before proceeding make sure your perferences are changed correctly for MP3 conversion.) To do that open up your perfences panel from your menu at the top of iTunes. Then click on "advanced" and then click on "importing". Under your "import using" option select MP3 and make any setting changes to the quality of MP3 that you want to. Close the window.

4. Now ensure that your CD is highlighted in the left hand panel on the main iTunes panel. Then select import from the bottom right hand side of your iTunes window. iTunes will start importing your songs (In this case an audio message) into iTunes from your CD as MP3's.
