Purpose Statement:

The purpose of Cypress Creek Church's Celebrate Recovery ministry is to fellowship and celebrate God's healing power in our lives through the "8 Recovery Principles." This experience allows us to "be changed." By working and applying these Biblical principles, we begin to grow spiritually. We become free from our addictive, compulsive and dysfunctional behaviors. This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others. As we progress through the program we discover our personal, loving and forgiving Higher Power - Jesus Christ, the one and only true Higher Power.

 

MAY FINDS US IN AN INTENSIVE STUDY OF SPONOSRSHIP, ACCOUNTABILITY, AND THE 4TH STEP... GREAT TIME TO EXPERIENCE AND LEARN AND APPLY

Celebrate Recovery meets every Friday evening at Cypress Creek Church - 7:00 to 9:00 pm.

6:30 to 7:00: Come early and enjoy Pizza! ($1 per slice)

7:00 to 8:00: Music worship and a large group teaching

8:00 to 9:00: Small group meetings

9:00 to 9:30 ... Solid Rock Café -- a chance to get to know
each other and enjoy some more food.

 

Child care provided: $3 per child

Small Group Meetings

Your first meeting will be an orientation especially for newcomers. From there you can participate in one of the gender-based (men with men, women with women) small groups which focus on a particular hurt, habit or hang-up.

Currently these small groups are meeting:

Women's

• Women's Freedom from destructive habits

• Godly Women

• Godly Wives

Men's

• Habits

• Denial (not a river in Egypt)

• Godly Husbands

First timers

• CR 101
