Noe & Mercedes Malpartida, along with their 3 children, live at the headwaters of the Amazon River in Iquitos, Peru, where they founded Kairos Ministries. Through Kairos ministries Noe and Mercedes pastor Kairos Church and direct two Christian schools.  Not only do they lead a vibrant church family and two schools educating several hundred young people, Noe also serves as a congressman in their state legislature. The Malpartidas are passionately reaching the people of Iquitos and the surrounding areas with the hope and love found in Jesus.
