The Mpande's have planted 35 cell churches and Cornerstone Bible School in Zimbabwe. Currently, there are twenty students attending CBS and 53 pastors facilitating the growth of these churches. God has given to Patrick and Gladys a vision to plant churches throughout the world. Specifically, they desire to plant 10 new churches each year. To date, seven Zimbabwe pastors are planting churches in foreign fields outside of their home country. Their focus is on discipling and equipping new leaders. The Mpande's have five children: Precious, Patricia, Patrick, Pamela and Peliah.
